Skip Pile began his advertising career more than 40 years ago at Benton & Bowles in New York as a Media Planner assigned to the P&G brands.  Subsequently, he spent 16 years at Boston-headquartered Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, where he was Media Director and eventually Executive Vice President & General Manager of worldwide finance and operations. He was deeply involved in establishing Hill, Holiday's overseas operations in Europe, Canada and the Far East.  Skip founded Pile and Company in 1987 ---a marketing communications-oriented management consulting firm specializing in assisting advertisers identify the right marketing agency partner and establishing fair and comprehensive contractual agreements. Prior to his retirement in 2006 he and his associates were able to establish a worldwide leadership position in this highly specialized category that persists to this day. As Chairman and CEO, he also provided management and strategic leadership to  Pile and Company's subsidiaries, AgencyComPile and The Communications Collaborative.   A graduate of Villanova University, Skip has served on the Boards of numerous organizations, both non-profit as well as private and public companies and currently provides Marketing, compensation and organizational consulting services on a project basis.
